Member Login Instructions

Welcome to the Members' Portal.

First-time users

To access the Members-only area, please complete a one-time registration.

Click on Member Registration and enter your:

• Membership Number
• First Name
• Last Name

These should match the details in the email you received. Your Membership Number should follow this format: A0123-0 or B0012-1

• Principal Members: suffix “-0”
• Spouse Members: suffix “-1”

Once your account has been verified, you will be prompted to create your Username and Password.
For ease of reference, we recommend using your Membership Number as your Username.

This setup is required only once.
You may choose to save your login details on your device for future access.

Forgot Password

If you are unable to log in, please select Forgot Password and enter your registered email address to reset your credentials.

Once logged in, you may update your password at any time.
